2. Vanilla and coconut gelato, mango sorbet, mango gel yolk and baked cheesecake, enrobed in a white chocolate and desiccated coconut dip
3. Milk chocolate gelato with peanut fudge, chocolate brownies and peanut butter caramel, enrobed in apretzel and milk chocolate dip

Before eating, leave at room temperature for 15 minutes, for a perfect soft centre.

Ideally bring a Messina cooler bag with you when collecting, especially if travelling longer than 15 minutes. If travelling up to an hour or more bring an ice pack. Place the eggs in the freezer as soon as you get home.
