e have always made our gelato from scratch, using our own unique recipes and the best ingredients we can get our hands on. Not only do we make, bake and create all of our own additions like cookies, brownies, coulis, jams and meringues in our in-house bakery, in Rosebery (Sydney), every gelato flavour is has it's own special recipe with no pre-made bases or pastes in-sight.

So why not make products you can take home too? We're proud to say you can now buy our Jersey milk from our farm in Numurkah, VIC in bottles, plus a range of spreads and toppings. There's Dulce de Leche, Choc Hazelnut and Hazelnut in spreads, plus a new range of toppings which feature pourable versions of the Dulce de Leche and Choc Hazelnut, plus a decadent Peanut Butter.

Not only do we now produce our own milk. We produce some of the highest quality Jersey milk we’ve ever come across. Super high in cream content and full of flavour, our milk is the foundation and critical building block to producing the best gelato in the world.

Our first 'on-shelf product' is our delicious range of spreads. We have Dulce de Leche - an Argentinian milk jam, Choc Hazelnut Spread - affectionally dubbed Messinatella, and Hazelnut Spread - a deliciously decadent blend of roasted hazelnuts from Cortemilia in Italy.
