This cake can be reserved for collection from all stores apart from Surry Hills and The Star – for collection from these stores, you can visit us in store. We have a limited number of cakes available in every store each day. You can drop in and purchase a cake (subject to stock) anytime we’re open or call ahead to make sure we have the one you want. Online cake orders require a 2-day turnaround.
If you don’t have 2 days, visit any store and buy from the selection they have available, or give them a call 24 hours before to reserve one. If it’s for a special occasion, we highly recommend ordering ahead.
Our recommended safe travel time for cakes is 30 mins from store to freezer. If it’s a hot day, use your noggin… and make the trip snappy! If you want to extend your travel time, bring a cooler bag or esky.
To enhance the flavours and assist in cutting, the cake should be removed from the freezer and placed in the fridge 20 mins before serving. Always use a hot, sharp knife and ensure you wipe off any excess water to prevent depositing ice crystals on the cake.
We also sell candles which you can order online or pick up in store. All stores offer HAPPY BIRTHDAY plaques. Orders made in advance for collection from Rosebery or Fitzroy also have the option to add a name to the plaque.

We’re giving a whole new meaning to bake at home for the next release. Want a deliciously rich and shareable picnic brownie? Are you a Messina chocolate and dulce de leche fiend? Looking for a fun activity? Well, have we got a product for you. Our Bake At Home Brownie Kits will be available to order 9am Thursday 7th October, shipped direct to your doorstep.
Only catch is you need a few basic fresh ingredients and baking equipment (detailed below).

250G UNSALTED BUTTER
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
ELECTRIC WHISK/STAND MIXER (can use hand whisk if you want a good workout)
MICROWAVE OR DOUBLE BOILER
MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL
LARGE MIXING BOWL

REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS:
Unfortunately no cancellations or refunds can be made on custom products, so please order carefully! If you have any issues with the products, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. No app points will be available for brownie kits or any online store products.
Preheat oven to 150c fan forced or 170c conventional.
In the microwave*, melt 240g butter and all the dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl on low for 1-2 minutes. Whisk and continuing stirring until all melted. Continue microwaving in 10second intervals so you don’t burn the chocolate.
*Can replace microwave with a double boiler, but allow for more time.
Get your stand mixer with whisk attachment ready or use a bowl with electric whisk, or hand whisk (allowing for more time).
Crack all 4 eggs into the bowl and whisk until combined. Add full bag of brownie powders, and melted chocolate and butter. Whisk gently until incorporated.
With a spatula, fold through all of the milk and white chocolate chips.
Grease the confoil with left over butter.
Pour the brownie mixture into confoil, level out with spatula.
On top of the brownie, spoon drops of Dulce De Leche in a 3x3 pattern. Using a teaspoon, swirl the dulce through the batter, leaving a marble pattern. Don’t mix through too much! You want to maintain thick streaks of Dulce De Leche through the brownie.
Place on a tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly on the bench before moving to the fridge to cool completely.
Serve cold with a scoop of gelato!
