VIVID Fire Kitchen
We're popping up from the 8th – 12th of June.
We’re popping up amongst some of the best pitmasters in the world, at The Cutaway, Barangaroo during VIVID Fire Festival. There’ll be a rotation of fire demonstrations by top chefs — Lennox Hastie, Dave Pynt and Pip Sumbak, smokey street food, cocktails and we’re covering desserts for five nights.
Our chefs have created two customer desserts:
CRÈME OF THE CROP
Vanilla custard gelato with swirls of raspberry jam, topped with torched caramel (our take on a crème brûlée)
BASQUE ALASKA
Basque cheesecake gelato paddle pop with chunks of basque cheesecake dipped in a torched Italian meringue
