Just incase you haven't guessed yet, Salted Caramel lovers don't need to panic, as this was in fact all in the name of a good April Fool's joke. Normal Salted Caramel & White Choc service has now been resumed.

After spending a month studying at the University of Bologna in Italy, our Head Chef has decided to make some changes.

We’re pleased to announce the launch of ‘Micro Batch Messina’"our finest achievement to date" (Nick Palumbo, 2019).

As everyone knows, ‘small batch’ means better. Our new ‘micro batch’ production goes a step further and takes making things in small quantities to an even smaller level.

All production of our most popular flavour – Salted Caramel & White Choc – will now be ‘micro batch’. It means that quantities are going to be extremely limited – we’ll be reducing available stock from 15,000 scoops a week to 10 -15 per store per week. But that can only mean one thing – it will result in a better tasting product, that's just logic.

The flavour has dropped in all stores today – we’d love to know what you think.
