Cocktail Porter who are one of those first companies to develop a subscription based bottled cocktail service, are partnering with us at the Messina Creative Department to take our 8 course degustation to the next level.

Expect pairings like an olive oil martini with lemon oil, paired with grilled scampi and a bergamot and olive oil sorbet. Or cured egg yolk gelato, foie gras ravioli and globe artichoke puree paired with plum wine, artichoke amaro and soda.

The possibilities are endless.
