With the opening of the Creative Department (Messina’s Laboratorio and Patisserie) we’ve devoted lots of time and a whole team of chefs to creating rather complex and intricate mono-portioned pieces that will absolutely blow your mind.. Many of you may have already seen some of the many ‘single serve’ pieces we’ve created over the years. From the Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich to the Royale w’ Cheese, you’ll know how much love and time goes into these little packets of joy.. As we move forward, these will change on a regular basis, initially every 6 months, with a plan to be completely changing the menu every 3-4 months.

PLEASE NOTE – MONO-PORTION PIECES CANNOT BE PRE-ORDERED. THEY ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CREATIVE DEPARTMENT DAILY FROM MIDDAY LOCATED AT 239 VICTORIA ST, DARLINGHURST.
