Our Black Forest cake has a bottom half of chocolate fondant gelato with kirsch semi freddo & amarena cherries, finished with a velvet milk chocolate spray. The top half contains cherry sorbet with a chocolate crackle sponge centre, all encased in a crisp dark chocolate dome.
