Classic Flavours

Visit any of our stores to find 40 freshly churned flavours in our cabinets (you can try as many as you like!). 30 are permanent Classic flavours, made using the very best ingredients. We also make 10 specials every month which you can view here ↗

All our gelato is made from scratch at Messinaville, Marrickville factory and churned fresh in the stores. You won't find a pre-made paste in sight.

Please note: None of our Classic flavours contain gelatine, only select specials do.

A* = ‘Alcohol Free’ flavours marked A* contain Heilala Pure Vanilla Extract. For example, in our vanilla gelato, alcohol is ~0.03%, or about 0.03 mL per 100 mL scoop. That’s typically less than a ripe banana, or a glass of orange juice. It's completely safe for children and pregnant women to consume and generally considered permissible for religious reasons, but please decide for yourself by reading more info at: islamqa.info

Chocolate Disclaimer (Nut Allergies): All Messina chocolate is made in-house using equipment also used for nut pastes. As a result, any flavour containing chocolate may contain nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, macadamias, peanuts, pecans). Cross-contact varies by production order (e.g., chocolate made after hazelnut paste will contain higher levels of hazelnut). Because amounts can’t be guaranteed, if you have a nut allergy, please do not consume Messina chocolate.
