Yep, we’ve got a Dessert Bar too! And it’s full of even more delicious things to eat. Most involving soft serve gelato. Find it next to our Darlinghurst store in Sydney. Keep reading for our current menu, which changes every 4-6 weeks or when we come up with something rad.

Andy Bowdy is temporarily pimping out our dessert bar with two new SOFT SERVE flavours: nutella and cinnamon doughnut
We like soft serve gelato and so does Andy Bowdy (or Andrew Bowden as his mum and bills call him). You might have read the news that Hartsyard’s former pastry chef, famed for delicious dripping and sideways sundaes, is now making his cakes at our factory.
One fine day at Messina HQ we made two new soft serve flavours and got him tinkering around some tasty stuff to go with it. And here’s the result. He’s added his tastebud-tripping additions to our soft serve gelato to make 4 new sundaes for the Messina Dessert Bar.

If you’re wondering what Andy actually looks like, he’ll be making fleeting appearances this weekend at the Messina Dessert Bar in Darlinghurst. Ask him for a wink and a smile. Maybe a cuddle.
