This is our take on the classic dome shaped dessert. This cake contains the perfect pairing of raspberry sorbet and dark chocolate gelato, on a bed of flourless chocolate sponge, finished with Italian meringue.

3. DROP INTO STORE: We have a limited number of CLASSIC cakes available in every store each day. You can drop in and purchase a cake (subject to stock) anytime we’re open. If you’re planning for an event, we recommend you call ahead or buy online as we can’t guarantee the one you want will be there!
CUSTOMISED CAKES CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP AT ROSEBERY OR FITZROY!
The classic version contains our recommended flavour pairing, however the gelato flavours are ‘customisable’ for an extra $10. Choose the ‘ORDER CUSTOM’ button above and you will be prompted to choose 2 flavours from the lists provided during the ordering process. The bed of flourless chocolate sponge and the Italian meringue finish cannot be changed or customised.
